Jess Kyle is the founder of Human First, a Tulsa-based practice built on a simple but radical premise: that the way people treat each other at work actually matters — and that most organizations are failing at it.Jess started Human First after years of watchig companies espouse values they had no intention of living. The gap between what leaders said and how they acted wasn’t a communication problem — it was a character problem. She built Human First to address both.
At the center of her work is Say the Hard Things, a framework that goes far beyond difficult
conversations. It’s a practical method for the full range of things women in leadership are taught to avoid: setting boundaries without apology, advocating for themselves without shrinking, accepting where they are without performing certainty they don’t feel, and speaking with the kind of directness that gets mistaken for aggression when women do it.
Jess came to this work from a background in data engineering — she thinks in systems, not platitudes. Her workshops and coaching are concrete, specific, and built for leaders who are done with advice that sounds good but changes nothing. Her newsletter, The Front Porch, reaches professionals who are building work lives that don’t require them to leave half of themselves at the door.
Jess lives in Tulsa, OK with her husband, two amazing teenagers, and two cats.

Jackie Boyle is a pharmacist, career and executive coach, and advocate for ambitious women in healthcare who are ready to grow without burning out. As a first-generation college graduate who navigated self-doubt and a non-linear path in her own career, she knows what it feels like to question your potential while still feeling called to something more.
Her career took a pivotal turn when she was invited to join a Women in Leadership initiative, where she saw firsthand the systemic barriers holding women back. That experience, paired with her own transformative coaching journey, ignited her mission: to help women stop shrinking, start advocating for themselves, and build careers that align with their ambition, their life and their well-being.
Jackie has been coaching since 2017, helping others confidently pursue promotions, pivot careers, negotiate opportunities, launch and grow businesses and create sustainable success on their own terms. Her work blends practical strategy with deep mindset shifts, helping clients move from burnout and self-doubt to clarity, confidence, and decisive action.
At the heart of her work is a simple belief: you don’t have to sacrifice yourself to succeed.

Gail O'Halloran is a Wayfinder Life Coach and a speaker who helps women move from self-doubt to self-trust — especially when they're standing at a crossroads that matters.
She didn't take the obvious road to this work. From culinary school and fine dining kitchens to global sourcing and corporate America in Financial Services, Gail spent decades building a career that looked successful from the outside while learning — the hard way — what it costs to override your own instincts.
Trained in the Martha Beck Wayfinder philosophy, she now helps high-achieving women dismantle the "shoulds," reconnect with their own clarity, and make decisions they can actually trust. Her style is calm, direct, and grounded in real experience.
She speaks at corporate events, conferences, and women's organizations on leading with intuition, moving from decision paralysis to clear action, and the radical act of self-trust.

I'm Marissa Campbell, owner of Marissa Elise Photography. I’m a brand photographer serving (or better known as “your bubbly brand photographer”) entrepreneurs throughout Southern Maine (and beyond). As an expert in brand photography, I focus on really getting to know the businesses I work with so I can capture the person behind the brand and create strategic content that feels true to who they are. Brand photography isn’t just about “pretty photos,” it should help you connect with your audience and grow your business. I also own Evermore Place, a rentable creative studio in Gray, Maine, where photographers, creators, and small businesses can rent the space for photo shoots, content creation, and small events.
